Square Feet: average property size.

Price per Square Foot: how much you are paying per square foot. Calculated by using property prices against the square footage.

Average Listing Price: The last listed price, not the original list price.

Average Sale Price: The price the house sold for at settlement.

List to Sale Percentage: the percentage of the sale price against the last listed price.
